- Item State: Returns are accepted for items in their original, unused, unopened condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Assembled or used furniture is not returnable.

- Special Orders: Custom or special orders are non-returnable. Double-check your order details before confirming a custom order.


2. Initiating a Return

- Confirmation: We will assess your request within two business days and email you detailed return instructions.

- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Return the item to our specified address following the instructions in the confirmation email. Keep your shipping receipt for tracking.


3. Refund Procedure


- Timeline: Refunds will be processed within seven business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

- Shipping Fees: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.


4. Exchanges
